The Skinny on Chocolate

Okay guys.

I’m coming clean.

I’m completely in love with chocolate.

Making it, eating it, thinking about it, being excited about it.


Yum yum yum yum yum


My chocolate coconut nutella cake. For real.


It’s one of the great loves of my life.

Now before you judge! Let me tell you–the only chocolate I make is RAW.

YEP! Raw chocolate, uncooked, heated just under 119 degrees farenheit to keep all the enzymes alive that make it one of the best antioxidants around.

Raw chocolate truffles: Almond, Lemon, Olive OIl

In fact, it has about 5 times MORE of the antioxidants than blueberries.

Not enough to convince you?

Raw chocolate is a SUPERFOOD, it is also an incredible source of magnesium, is recommended in your diet, and eating copious amounts  of chocolate is biochemically no different from having sex.

CHOCOLATE RULES.  And it also makes people happy.


So, loved ones, here’s the deal:


  • Eat Chocolate (preferably Raw)
  • Enjoy it
  • Smile a lot
  • Know you get to actually do something great for your body and soul.
  • Call me if you want chocolate :)

All I really need is love, but a little chocolate now and then doesn’t hurt!
